Resizing & Repairs:
Resizings:
If you receive your ring & it doesn't fit quite right, we'll have you ship it back to us for a resizing. Resizings are $100. We always recommend you have your finger professionally sized before ordering your ring. Your nearest jewelry store will happily size your finger. Make sure to let them know if you are getting a wider band, & they should use a wide sizing kit. Wider bands tend to run a bit tighter.
Repairs:
Message us with the specifics! Note: we generally only accept repairs for Brooker Brothers jewelry.
How does the custom process work?
Dream
Tell us what your dream ring would look like. We need to both be seeing the same vision for us to bring it to life. I’ll ask for descriptions and pictures of your inspirations. Be as detailed as you can, or we’d love to create some designs for you.
Deposit
Once we’ve settled on the dream design, we will email you a link to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. We will put this deposit directly towards the gold and any stones for your design.
Creation
During the creation process, we will keep you updated and send you photos as the design takes shape in our hands. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks. Let us know if you need a rush. Also, let us know if you’d like your design featured in a reel!
Shipping
When the piece is complete, we will send you pictures and video. The final 50% of the payment is due before we ship it to you.
Can you use my gemstones or gold?
Sentimental gold or diamonds? Send them our way. We'd love to create you something new from your materials.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
